Set Up, September 29 @ 14:00
Exhibition set up is scheduled for Saturday afternoon, September 29 at 14:00. For directions to the Matrix building, go to the Biopolis Web page.
Security at Biopolis is excellent. Part of the security procedures requires that Gelato submits to Biopolis a list of items that will be brought in during exhibition set up. Please e-mail this list no later than 12:00 on Thursday, September 27 to Andrew Schuh. This list should include all computers (with the exception of your personal laptop). Also include any giveaways. You do not need to include any personal items.
Tear Down, October 2 @ 16:45
Exhibition teardown is scheduled to begin after the last session (16:45) on Tuesday, October 2. Please make arrangements with shippers to pick up exhibition materials. We will use the same item list as above. Andrew Schuh will distribute copies to each booth and ask that you update the list based on consumption during the conference.
