Rooms
We have negotiated a special room rate, but you must reserve your room by March 22 to be asssured of pricing and availability. The special room rate is USD 149/night + 10.1% tax. You must use the Group/Convention code GEL when making you reservation to receive the special rate.
Only single king non-smoking rooms are available for the discounted rate. Other options may be available, but you must contact Andrew Schuh at aschuh@gelato.org before making your resevations.
High-speed Internet access is available in all rooms free of charge. Parking is available for an additional fee of USD 2 per hour, up to a maximum of USD 10 per day.
Reservation Online
Go to http://www.doubletreesanjose.com and click on the BOOK A ROOM link in the left column. Fill in your reservation details. Make sure to type GEL into the Group/Convention code field under the Special Accounts area at the bottom of the page.
